A Bit About Me

Have you ever felt like your body is working against you, like you’ll never lose the weight you want to lose?…. Cause I sure have!

I’m a busy wife and mom, and I haven’t been able to exercise consistently FOR 15 YEARS. Most people don’t know, but I have chronic pain that stops me in my tracks sometimes, especially when I overdo exercise. And for the longest time it also made me feel so crappy mentally. Like I was a failure, and my body sucks, and like I’d never be fully in control of my body, my weight, or my strength!

But that isn’t my story, NOT ANYMORE!!

A couple of years ago, I found a way to gain control of my weight without the exercise and it was so freeing!! My body started looking and feeling amazing and my energy went crazy, thru the roof!

But along the way, I learned so much about loving myself, creating habits that serve me in my health goals and that there’s nothing too hard for me. Sometimes it doesn’t happen today. But I’ll get up tomorrow and try all over again!

Today I feel strong because I am in control.

I know I’m not alone. I know I’m not the only girl who has struggled with the desire to exercise but the inability, either physically or because you’re too damn busy! And I know you’ve let it beat you down mentally. Emotionally. NO MORE!!
