Baby Burgers

These are fun finger foods that both kids and adults will enjoy.

ingredients:

1 lb 80/20 ground beef

salt & pepper

cheddar or provolone cheese

sugar free ketchup

mustard

optional toppings:  dill pickle slices (no sugar), lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado

instructions:

Form small meatball sized burger balls and then flatten them into tiny patties. Season your patties with salt and pepper.  Cook the patties in a skillet until done on one side. Flip them over and lay a small slice of cheese on top of each burger. Place a lid on the skillet for a minute, to melt the cheese and finish cooking the burgers. 

Top the burgers with sugar-free ketchup, mustard and toppings of your choice. Serve between lettuce leaves or stick toothpicks in the top.
