Form small meatball sized burger balls and then flatten them into tiny patties. Season your patties with salt and pepper. Cook the patties in a skillet until done on one side. Flip them over and lay a small slice of cheese on top of each burger. Place a lid on the skillet for a minute, to melt the cheese and finish cooking the burgers.
Top the burgers with sugar-free ketchup, mustard and toppings of your choice. Serve between lettuce leaves or stick toothpicks in the top.
