1 cup Bone Broth, unsalted


Add all ingredients to the blender and blend thoroughly. Add 4-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you want your smoothie.

Additional Add-ins: almond butter, spinach, cinnamon, kombucha (in place of Kefir Milk)
