I absolutely love the Boneless Buffalo Chicken bites that you can usually find at all sorts of restaurants. But they are always breaded or battered in something flour based. Because I avoid processed flour and many processed carbs, I avoid having these when I eat out and I miss them. I know I could have the buffalo wings, but I really don’t like eating chicken off the bone, so I won’t eat those either. I’ve made buffalo chicken at home without breading and it’s delicious, but i was missing that crunchy-ness, and sometimes I’m looking for different ways to add more veggies into a meal and not more protein.
