Bulletproof Chocolate Milkshake

Looking for a quick breakfast idea to start your day off full of energy? This chocolate milkshake is full of healthy fats, proteins and nutrients to fuel you all day long! Plus with the added Collagen Peptides, its amazing for your hair, skin, nails and especially your joints. Who knew a chocolate milkshake could do so much!

ingredients:

1 cup full-fat coconut milk  (or 3/4 cup heavy cream with 1/4 cup water)
1 medium avocado 
4 tablespoons cacao powder 
2 tablespoons Collagen Peptides (this is the brand I use and love)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 cup ice water 

Optional add-ins:
chia seeds 
hemp hearts 
mint extract 

instructions:

1. Add coconut milk (or heavy cream & water), avocado, cacao powder, collagen peptides, vanilla extract, salt, Swerve sweetener and add-ins of choice to your blender.

2. Add in ice and blend until thick and creamy.  If its too thick, add a tablespoon or two of water. 

3. Enjoy right away!
